Oskar Haag is a true exceptional talent in the Austrian music scene. At just 15 years old, he celebrated his stage debut in the summer of 2021 as the closing act of the Vienna Popfest and was hailed by the domestic media as the country's biggest pop talent.
With his debut singles "Stargazing", "Black Dress" and "The Summer we Need", he was the first artist ever to reach the top of the charts of the cult radio station FM4. His songs can now also be heard in playlists of radio stations in Germany, the UK and the USA.
Haag thrills audiences not only with his unique voice and acoustic guitar, but also with his dancing. His solo shows are always sold out and he has already supported Tocotronic, AVEC and Thees Ullmann. At just 17, the artistic director of Vienna's Burgtheater, Martin Kusej, even hired him for a Shakespeare production.
In March 2023 Haag will release his first album "Teenage Lullabies" and go on tour throughout Austria to accompany it. It is clear that Oskar Haag's incredible career is far from over and we can look forward to seeing what the androgynous shining light of the music scene will bring to the stage next.
