Caspy EL Dizza: Crafting Music with a Rhythm Of Consciousness

Introduction:

Greetings, I'm Caspy EL Dizza, a multifaceted artist hailing from Montreal, Canada, more specifically, neighborhood 68. Music has always been in my DNA, thanks to my artistic parents, and it became a prominent part of my life. At the age of 14, I couldn't ignore the melodies constantly brewing in my mind any longer. My motivation shifted towards sharing the soundtrack of my life, the one that constantly generates new material inside my brain.

Musical Style:

I've coined a new style of music called "ROC," which stands for "Rhythm Of Consciousness." It's essentially whatever I feel like creating. You might hear a rap song from me one day and a heavy metal tune the next. Sometimes, I even mix genres within a single song because, just like humans, music can encompass a broad spectrum of emotions.

Inspirations :

My musical influences come from all corners of the music spectrum. I'll go from listening to Nipsey Hussle to Alexisonfire, then to the Touch Money artists from Philly, followed by Nickleback, and on to Sia. I believe I was blessed with a good musical ear, so I'm open to anything. Have you ever experienced the sound quality in Dove Cameron's song "Better in Stereo"?

Songwriting Process:

For me, it all starts with the melody. When I hear an instrumental track, I can immediately come up with a flow or melody to lay down lyrics. Then it's about whatever has recently

happened in my life or whatever thoughts cross my mind at that moment. It's almost automatic; I can write a full song within 15 minutes.

Career Highlights:

While I can't point to specific memorable moments or achievements just yet, I strongly believe that this part of my story is written in the future, not the past.

Visual Artistry:

Visual elements are vital in the music industry. I'm inspired by the old music videos from the '90s to the early 2000s, where artists crafted full-blown Hollywood movies within their videos. I strive to infuse some of that creativity into my own videos. As for album artwork, I usually design it myself, drawing inspiration from the project's vibe.

Collaborations:

So far, my collaborations have been "homegrown," featuring only Montreal artists. Naming a few wouldn't do justice to the others who are equally noteworthy. As for future aspirations, it was painful to lose Nipsey Hussle, who was at the top of my list. If I had to pick a top 3, it would be Dr. Dre, Alexisonfire, and G Herbo.

Artistic Growth:

I've finally discovered my unique sound, which is essentially every sound. I used to struggle with the temptation to record songs from different genres, but now I've grown to embrace it. This is the direction I'll continue pursuing.

Live Performances:

Live performances have a special place in my heart, but it's a love-hate relationship. I have the energy to command a crowd, and I'm not camera or crowd-shy. However, I tend to forget my own lyrics because I write songs so rapidly and move on to the next, not taking time to memorize them. I'm working on that by keeping my lyrics on my phone.

Message to Fans:

My message is simple: "Leave Nothing, Fear Nothing." Seize every opportunity to achieve your goals. Success knows no age limit.
