In 2020, she released her first EP, "New Conditions," which was inspired by the first lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic and her experience adjusting to the new circumstances.
In October of the same year, Lawlor released her second EP, "Luna," which was created entirely through a series of Zoom calls with her regular creative partner Fred Macpherson of the UK indie band Spector and Irish rapper Kojaque. The four tracks on the EP received positive reviews, with the NME giving it a 4 out of 5 star rating, and earned Lawlor three nominations for the "Chillest Record In The World" on BBC Radio 1 and over 8 million streams to date.
Lawlor's musical influences include FKA twigs, King Princess, Charli XCX, and The 1975, and her time living in London has undoubtedly influenced her music as well. With her growing experience and evolving musical style, fans can expect great things from this talented young artist in the future.
